The column headings in QuickBooks may be different from your Excel, so you’d need to match them. Mapping your accounts tell QuickBooks how to import the data from your Excel sheet. Note: Before importing, we recommend that you create a backup of your company file. Note: If you need to import additional customer, vendor or item data from excel using this option, you can always go back to this window.
